Returns & Warranties

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our boards are warrantied against manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will repair, refund, or replace, at our option, any High Rollin' skateboard that delaminates due to defects in materials or manufacturing. If you feel that you have received a product that was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. To qualify for a return or refund the product must meet the following requirements: - A request for a refund must be placed within 30 days of receipt - The product is in new and unused condition - Trucks, bolts, stickers or grip tape have not been applied to skateboards - Apparel has not been worn or washed - Product is in its original packaging.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warrantied and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, High Rollin' Skateboards does not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks. Broken skateboards due to impact are not considered defective.  If you land a trick improperly it's possible to snap a deck, any deck, and is not covered under warranty.

What does not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Tail/nose wear from dragging the tail/nose on the ground
  • Edge chipping from ground, curbs, walls, rails, etc
  • User error in assembly (eg, hardware too tight)
  • Breaks due to improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks
  • Impact from running into things like cars, curbs, and columns
  • Damage due to water, moisture, or extreme temperature changes
  • Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow, or immersion in water
  • Chips, stress cracks, or delams due to impact on the nose or tail above 3 mph
  • Stress cracks in the surface ply of a natural maple veneer are not considered defects and will not affect the overall integrity of the deck
  • Physically modified skateboards (chopped, drilled, etc)

To submit a claim you must do the following:

  1. Email pictures and a brief description of the problem you are having with your skateboard to us. Please include your order # and purchase date.
  2. If the problem is deemed to be a defect due to a manufacturing defect we will contact you with a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Ship the board back to us with a copy of the sales receipt and your Return Authorization Number.
