A. We cannot send free products to everyone that asks. We offer discounts and promos through our Hookit.com sponsorship program that allow riders to get free products by promoting the brand. We will not respond to free product requests.
A. Decks break, it's a fact. However, our decks are manufactured using the highest quality materials and we pride ourselves on their durability. If you feel like your deck has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect and not just normal wear & tear, please see our Returns & Warranties page.
A. Yes, we will happy to post your Photo / Video, but only if you are using our products and our logo, graphic or name is visible. We also reserve the right to refuse to post videos or photos that are low quality or do not reflect the High Rollin' brand.
A. Yes, we offer a sponsorship and support program through our profile on Hookit.com. This allows you to work your way up to full sponsorship by promoting the brand and showing us what you are capable of. We also occasionally open up spots for our AM and Flow teams when they become available. We will post those opportunities on our websites so you can apply.
A. You should receive a tracking number to the email address you entered when ordering within 2-3 business days. You can track your order from FedEx.com. If you have not received a tracking number within a few days please contact us and have your order number ready.
